“They were wonderful in accommodating my flat tire into getting my tires replaced and inspection done because I had not made the appointment yet when the flat occurred. My only complaint is, just like last year, they forgot to return my registration and insurance card and, after making me feel like it was my fault that they forgot, they had to make a special trip to drop it off when they were already so busy. Perhaps a bright red envelope holding these papers or some system needs to be devised to prevent this from happening? Two years in a row! But thank you for making the much appreciated accomodations and finding a way to deliver my car back to me. I had injured my knee and I'm old and using a cane anyway so it was helpful to have it delivered. Thank you!”
