The issue was addressed (again) faulty TCM replaced, but wasn't too enthused about another fee after previously paying for a new TCM & the installment fees with that (?) But so far everything seems to be (at the moment) in good standing.

They lie about the work they did to myself and to the insurance company and then left swirl marks throughout the whole vehicle they even burnt the rubber around the quarter glass horrible horrible job now my insurance company has to go after them to fix my car the correct way by another dealership

The repair work was performed very well. I don't give the fifth star because I waited to hear from Bowser that the part(s) were in to do the work. Finally, after two weeks, I called and was told the part(s) were in. I kind of doubt they came in earlier that day.

My vehicle had a very annoying noise, it sound that was some were in the front of the vehicle perhaps on the hood area. No it was the spare tire that hangs under the truck all the way on the back. Mr Chad was excellent finding the location of the origin of the noise. This noise really did bothers me and now is gone, thanks to the dedication of the great work that is performed at Bowser Nissan service. I highly recommend them.
