Deal making day was fine but when I went back to finish deal , I waited 2 Hours and could not complete deal due to Software issue and had to go Home. Got called about an Hour after I was Home and said I could come back at my convenience. I returned at 4 PM and still had to wait half an hour to complete paperwork. Was not kept informed of why my wait was so long. Felt abandoned at times as no one was with me.
