The last two times of service I've noticed such a change in customer service. I always felt this dealership wanted my business but I can't say that for certain any longer.
Now its the consistent $400.00 upcharge; the lack of greeting me when I drop the car for service. The small touches of vacuuming the car and at least wiping down the dash are apparently not included any longer, yet I have paid $700.00 plus for dropping the car.

My service advisor, Guy, is excellent. He is responsive and transparent with information and pricing.
Some dude with a British accent who was the car jockey was not so helpful. After I spent $1,400 on the replacement of a radiator, his first question of me as I was exiting the loaner vehicle was whether I filled the gas tank with gas upon returning the loaner car. The dude did not even greet me or say hello.

Everytime they forget to vacuum the car. They say they did it, when when you see the car, it's obvious that they didn't. That eroded my trust my them over time. Now, I don't even believe if they change the oil and filter they offer as Rohrich Advantage. The staff surely needs training. All they do is bare minimum.

There was nothing but top notch service and amenities at this location. Scheduling was good, drop-off and check-in was good also. But what was outstanding was the lounge area and amenities while waiting for my service.
When I was finished with my service and I went to retrieve my vehicle, I noticed my car was cleaned and washed.

Had my Lexus rx350 in for its first maintenance. Everyone was very friendly. I arrived early, coming from 2 hours away, but they took my vehicle in right away. I waited in their beautiful lounge and had a snack from the cafe. My vehicle was finished in less than an hour! It was washed and vacuumed. Very efficient service!
