I have had such success with my previous Hyundias and so bought a Telluride. KIA service has been subpar for my past few experiences. Nobody gets back to you, answers the phone, or returns calls. I would never recommend them to anyone in the future!!

I dropped the car off and the shuttle took me home. Austin kept me updated on the status of the service and then the shuttle picked me up and delivered me to the dealership to pick up my car. The shuttle drivers were friendly and courteous and Austin Breinig, Service Advisor, is pleasant and professional and a joy to deal with.

They rotated my tires, I had to go back the next day, low tire gage light came on , 28lbs air in each tire they tried to tell me it was cold weather. They ended up putting right amount in them , makes me wonder if their mechanics know what their doing . 35 lbs

Estimate on issues with car seems inflated then issues was addressed or asked if other side of vehicle was worked on which could have cause other side issues seems like women get higher prices when it comes to not having any warranty on car after it expired
