Had dealer check vehicle for rear sqeek. Replaced rear ushings. Didn't fix sqeek. Charged $1500 for other parts and bushimgs After 20 years of going there,, seriously considering never going there again. Also,, after repair work was done,, check engine light and vsc lights came on.

I like the dealership environment nice and clean but I don't like is I ask for video of my car while it was under maintenance but they didn't provide me a video. They say computer was down but you can make video with your mobile phone too. Other than that everything else is good.

I always like that I can get an appointment usually within a week at Ganley Toyota. I've always been treated very well by everyone at the dealership. I live within five miles of the other Toyota dealer in my area who's also very good. The problem with them is, it can take three and half to four weeks to get an appointment for a simple oil change there.

My only issue is that clearly the tire pressure was not checked after tires were mounted. On the way home it felt "off". I stopped & used my own tire gauge to check. one tire had 34lbs, one had 42lbs, another had 39lbs, the other was 40 lbs.None of the tires had the correct pressure. I had to correct all tire pressures myself before I got home.

Overall good. The young technicians were a little eager to up sell me on things I knew I didn't need, but they were very nice. They just need to learn more subtlety. They really should have quoted me a price before they fixed my tire but it didn't cost much.

Well there is no point at having an appointment. After I scheduled appointment my car was not even taken back to be worked on for over 2 hours. Also this department has gone down hill as it is more difficult to get an appointment compared to Toyota of Greensburg. But as the service manager stated not all dealers have 22 mechanics. It is disappointing to say the least. I will say all the service folks that check you in are super nice.
