Took my car in for the 15000 mile check up that was recommended by the manufacturer. I dropped it off night before. the day of the service they called said they changed oil everything was ok with the car so Im not sure what service was done. nothing on the receipt to tell me either.. .

Frank was very informative as to what was going on with the car. No pressure to update for new tires. He gave me good advice on when I should get new tires. I never leave the service department with any feeling on dread. It's always a safe feeling that Memorial Highway Chevrolet did all that needed to be done to my car for me to be safe driving.

I liked the vehicle, I was nvr given a deal price with cash, I was told the price is what it is, I asked about a straight out the door price (hoping for a deal), and was told taxes will be included on top of the quoted price, so there would be an additional fee on top of the 40+K (WHAT? - NVM)! I then looked for the exit - quick, and left (so my journey continues)

Shop has done very well so far. Good attention to the issue at hand, whether an inspection, oil change or another problem needed diagnosed. Been fairly quick doing the maintenance or repair work. Only thing so far that is a downside, and with any garage and vehicles, it's expensive.

After I had my oil changed and tires rotated my back passager tire kept coming up that was low on air. When I would go to fill it up. Said filled. Took it to get serviced and actually was front passager tire. When did tire rotation the sensors were lot reset. Why I don't know. Isn't this part of getting tires rotated. Luckly I didn't get a flat tire

Frank the service advisor is awesome . But everytime i take my car mechanic or someone moves my seat and the mirrors are always moved. I understand why but it is rude to not put them back. also If would be better service if you could see the mechanic working on your car and or talk to the mechanic.

We have a (2) company Chevy Blazer EV, and was the first time we dealt with this service shop. The service staff was very friendly, communicative, and knowledgeable. The service requested and required was completed in a timely manner. I would recommend them, and will continue to use them in the future.

The service rep went above and beyond trying to get my warranty company Endurance to honor my repair even though the mechanic, parts manager indicated it was a warranty claim. He called numerous to get the claim paid and was treated badly by Endurance. The dealership will no longer accept Endurance as a secondary warranty company.
