Ashley,my service advisor,met me out in the service bay as I rolled in. Went over the service I was going to have done. Told Ashley I was going to wait. She later sent me a video of the mechanic going over things. Maybe 15 mins later I was done. Took 45 mins total. Ashley came back to the wait area to tell me I was finished and my truck was washed as well and waiting in the service bay. Great job all around.

Excellent service for PA state inspection. They offer a free PA State inspection too. Technician was great sending us a video showing the brake system and other items for state inspection. They washed the car too!

Service was great. I had the pleasure of working with Josh. He was more than helpful and very knowledgeable. I left there finding the tech forgot to put back on two caps, which is the only downfall from the visit! Other than that I would have given 5 stars.

On 10-15 we had our car inspected and it needed work. Everything was fine. Vincent Greco was our service advisor. Today, 10-17, we had part replaced that dealt with the oil filter. Taylor Koziel was our service advisor. She went above and beyond to make my wait time easy. Thanks to both advisors we are vwey satisfied.

I like the fact that my tech advisor has been with the company for the last few years I've had service to my Honda. Always honest and not pushy. However, I did not like the new implemented of topping of my fluids and charging unknown to me. Would like to be asked before this up charge. Did not notice on bill until after payment.

Always have great service at C. Harper!! They always get done what I need and theres never a hassle to add on services every single time I go. They do, however, let me know when there is a little something more I need! I purchased my vehicle elsewhere but would definitely buy a car from them when the time comes, all based on their service! Theyre amazing!

They greeted me as I arrived and I was immediately signed in. I was escorted to the waiting area. My car was then taken to the back and the inspection was completed within the hour and I was on my way . I always get the best service from C. Harper Service Centers.

I wouldn't go anywhere else for service. The service personnel at C. Harper Honda are outstanding. They aren't going to sell you services you don't need. Case in point, their main competitor tried to sell me a 40,000 mile service option that was required by the other dealership, but not by Honda, Inc. C. Harper immediately clarified it for me. You'll seldom find this kind of integrity in a dollar-oriented world. I'll be back.

excellent service rendered. The tire pressure lite came on, and being I just had new tire pit on and the lite was reset, but it came on the next day. The service attendant, took the car and had a complete check done to reassure that was the only problem. I thanked him for his concern and by not just resetting the lite button.
