Fast and efficient service. Had to cancel/ move back the appointment I had made for that morning. They told me to come in when I could as a walk in. I know it won't happen every time, but in this case it was taken back and serviced quickly and I was back to my day. Also, a very good price for getting my oil done at the dealership.

I was very pleased with the service I received. I called with a scary problem and wanted to see if they could help me. The very nice lady got me an appointment and they solved my problem. Thank you to all the wonderful people that helped me. I've never had a bad service there in 7 years.

I went to have a headlight put in I tried to do myself. I had the light bulb I bought in the car and when the technician saw it he asked if I wanted to use that bulb. I said "Yes". I said I wasn't going to ask because I know some garages don't like to use parts that are brought in. They used that bulb and only charged me to have it installed.

My car was in for a simple oil change. They took it in at the scheduled time. I got it back over 2 hours later. Over 2 hours for an oil change plus drive time to/from the dealer. I was an ASE Gold certified technician and this is why I prefer to do my own maintenance and repairs. Book time on an oil change is .5hr at the most.

The service staff was very friendly and personable. Knowledgeable about what was being done to my vehicle. The only thing I was disappointed with is they didnt run my car through their car wash when they were done so I had some fingerprints and stuff all over the place
