The staff at C Harper Belle Vernon were wonderful on this service experience. They worked timely and Owen checked in multiple times during the process. He was very professional and compassionate in the delivering the bad news from the warranty company. Owen and the service manager were even able to reduce my bill, after the call to the warranty company didn't go as expected.

Limited information, maintenance department had my car for 6 days no loaner offered to replace my vehicle while it was being repaired. No contact from service representative. He stated that when he tried to call it went to voice mail. Checked my phone no missed calls or messages left no emails. I also had some dirt marks on Sun visors. The exterior was cleaned very good.

I was able to take my car in for service just a few days after calling for an appointment, unlike the dealer where I purchased my car was going to be over a month. I had no idea what the noise I was hearing was from and had no idea if I should even be driving it. If this dealer was closer to where I live, it's the one I would deal with all the time.

Contact with the dealer has been good with several email and phone exchanges. However, one thing I will add is car dealers are not accepting of Carfax trade in values. As such, I have contacted 3 dealers, non of which, have shone any willingness to accept my vehicle at its trade-in value.
