We came in with a noise issue coming from the front right tie rod. We were told you couldn't find anything wrong. When we left, the noise mysteriously disappeared for 2 days an now its back and we need to make another wasted trip to your place. not cool!

Took the car in to get serviced. Didn't have all the receipts for oil changes so they told us it would not be covered under the warranty and it was probably a timing chain which it wasn't how to take it to a garage to let them fix it we'll never buy another Mitsubishi.

I had made an appointment for a test drive, and the morning of my appointment I received a carfax notififcation at 2am that it had sold with no word from the dealership. When I texted the rep he said that they had sold it two days ago. I wouldn't trust their communication ability.

We were charged for the inspection even though it didn't pass and were told that we wouldn't have to pay for the re-inspection. (NEWS FLASH! They charged us AGAIN!!!) They also didn't tell us that the front brakes needed work done. We were told the front brakes were fine. When we brought it back to be inspected again, they also said the front brakes needed done soon!

The dealership/Mitsubishi charges hourly to diagnose warranty issues until they are found. Not sure if you are reimbursed for the diagnostic work prior to a warranty repair. They did refund my most recent service, but future work come with charges.
