Overall service was very good. However the negative was I scheduled my service online and received multiple confirmation emails/reminders and when I dropped off my car they said that there was nothing on the schedule for my car. They still did the service but this isnt the first time that has happened.

Very professional. Listened to my problem and took care of it. High marks 5 stars to the service advisor and to the mechanic he assigned to my car. Different subject small inconvenience. Put a list of what the TV channels are,so the customers who are waiting for their car don't have to watch the View or other programs like it, on the table and give them a choice of what they can watch.

The prompt service during the holiday season was phenomenal, The valet to my job was convenient and appreciated. I forgot to refill the loaner and SHL told me it was ok. I asked if I could pay over the phone and was told do not worry about it. The service is better than Monroeville Lincoln and they are miles closer to me than SHL. I will drive the extra miles for the excellent service. Thanks to everyone at SHL!

"Excellent Service: They worked me in on short notice and completed all the work that I requested, and they even called me to advise me as well as to get approval of other work that they noticed needed attention before doing the work. They will be my "Go to" for any and all work that my Lincoln will need.

Russ is always phenomenal! Russ got me right in during an emergency.. I thought I needed brakes and rotors all the way around but Russ and the crew, was up front and honest that my front pads and rotors were good but the caliper was bad on the rear rotor and brake! Up front and honest is why I will always come to South Hills Lincoln!

Service desk never picked up 3 separate phone calls to check status of car. I had to search for my car in the dealership lot and jump my car upon leaving. Two previous service experiences were just as bad. Not going back and will never recommend to friends or family.

I got a snide answers when I inquired what 27 items were included on the Works oil change, and only 17 boxes were checked on the reverse side of the invoice. I was told the tech was probably lazy as it was the end of the service day. I'll be back in the future, as previous service was to my satisfaction.
