“I am not happy that I brought my forerunner in because my brakes were squeaking and making noises and I was told that they just had to order the brake kit and I've been waiting for like about three weeks. Haven't heard anything so I called the Toyota office and then they tell me that they're on backorder and won't be in till January. That's ridiculous. My car is brand new. It's a 2026 and I can't even get my a new brake kit put on on because my brakes are squeaking when I drive and I wasn't told that when I brought it in, I was just told that it needed a brake kit and that they would let me know when to bring it in. I didn't know it wouldn't be until January. I don't know if I would recommend your shop.”
