The service here was and has been absolutely great. It was a great decision to move back to doing business at a small shop versus larger dealerships. The level of customer service has just been through the roof and every maintenance or repair I had done, it was fully explained and more importantly shown to me what was done. If there's any service that you need large or small, go to Metro and save yourself time and money!

It wasnt pleasant. Was not told that my crank pulley was worn and by the time me and the wife made it tennessee it fell apart and off the car. And the shop owner told me it had nothing to do with them. The experience wasnt at all fair. It was definitely poor.
