Oil change was $100-120. Did not verbally tell me my fluids were extremely low. Only found out when my car started running hot due to no coolant. They put the warnings on the receipt guess it's my fault I didn't read the receipt. I feel like that's something they should tell you verbally

They had to order the oil filter because they didn't have in stock. Didn't take a long time to perform the oil change once the oil filter arrived to the shop. I didn't like when the Auto Technician made mention (something to the effect that) it was "a difficult task to put the oil filter back in." I responded, " Isn't that your job?" I also told the desk Clerk what he said and the Clerk made like that was no concern.

The service was timely and done within 20 minutes. However, the service tech that approached me reminded me of a use car salesperson. He had not complete the 17 point check that the pride themselves on and he was already pushing me to change my wiper blades. While the older gentlemen who recommended that I flush my system, was professional in his presentation of the issue and clearly laid out the benefits.

Oil change completed & I returned due to oil was leaking on my driveway. 2nd return very professional man checked car, washed oil out & I left. A major difference between 1st & 2nd guy.

I got my oil changed and by the time I got home, my engine was completely empty. They said I had a small leak, but didn't help the problem putting the plug back in incorrectly. I've been going there for years; with multiple vehicles. I'm never going back.

Michael the manager is excellent and so is Calvin who is a very experienced mechanic. Both are very patient and able to answer any questions you have. David can have an attitude at times when you ask him too many questions, especially when you are trying to understand the service and its reason. Overall I do highly recommend its location and staff.

When I arrived I asked what was cost to change my oil. He quoted me the price and I told him that I had a coupon and agreed with the price he gave me. But when they finished the guy at the register raised the price by $20. So called the person in asked him what he quoted me and he repeated the same price but the guy behind the register ignored him and told me that I had to pay the extra $20. I called the cops and the lady told me I had to take him to the magistrate and asked to speak with him but he refused to speak to cop over the phone. I called the other store to get the number for corporate, but they never called me back. I was so hurt over the incident.
