There was no work done on this vehicle. The vehicle spent time in the shop (with no storage fees added even though we were not getting an answer for months). During that time frame, the service writer went beyond with going back and forth with USAA and managed to get them to agree to cover a significant portion of the bill that they had previously denied...and neither USAA or the shop could get an answer on what to do. The vehicle was eventually picked up by a 3rd party; but again, no work was done.
If the negative review is in reference to the 1992 Buick Roadmaster that sat in the shop for months after completion (which we did not add storage fee to either).... the service writer was no longer in the office, but general practice for over a decade now has been that work DOES NOT get done without customer update and approval. That includes parts being ordered. If there were any issues, that should have been taken up with the original service writer when approval was given by you. Neither labor, nor parts were added after the approved work order was complete.

Doc's Automotive ER did not uphold their warranty on a $5000 hybrid battery. I paid doc's $9000 to repair my truck and the truck had to be salvaged. If you want a honest mechanic Christian brothers automotive in Lexington is good
