They aren't attention to detail oriented every time I take my car there for a repair within a 1 week window another issue occurs that stems from what was previously "fixed".

It was the longest oil change in history. Took 1:30 and I was the only customer. I have no idea what took so long. Sadly things have changed greatly since Ricky left.

They were so friendly and helpful. My boyfriend and I were traveling and had to make a stop to get a tire checked and they were so thorough and so quick! They found problems with all of the tires and was able to get us 4 new tires and had us set up to make our trip back home. I highly recommend them for your car and tire needs, 10/10!

I specifically asked them to check the air conditioner - it was not cooling well, nor was the blower working well. Instead they performed a coolant service and ignored the A/C altogether. They had the nerve to ask for a diagnostic fee to check the A/C, but offered to refund the coolant service when I objected. No trust here. They lost my business, especially now that Ricky is gone.

Had a coupon emailed to me and it was not honored. Felt like a bait and switch was done on me. Not good business practice in my opinion. Been going to Ricky's for years before he got with Precision Tune and the one staff member that didn't honor the coupon costed him a customer. Need to honor anything sent by email.

The guys at Precision Tune Auto Care did a great job of diagnosing and quickly repairing my vehicle. Their quick response to someone from out of time is much appreciated. We will be moving to Columbia, SC in two weeks. The store on Sunset Blvd. will be the place I will be taking my vehicle.

To me, the most important thing to know about Ricky's Tires and Auto service is how welcomed you feel. The entire staff is very professional and friendly. Their prices are reasonable and I know the job is done correctly. If they see some other problem, they let you know so that it doesn't turn onto a disaster later. I would recommend them to anyone.
