“Lincoln Navigator needed back up camera installed under recall. Lincoln was not able to do this remotely due to the age of our Navigator. Would have been nice to be able to get this done without leaving work but I totally understood not having all the things they needed on the remote vehicle. Service had several drivers available to return me to work and back to the dealership when the work was completed. Advisor was great to work with and the camera is working fine.”
