Purchased ram from Corwin with extended warranty. Truck broke down on way to work. Returned to Corwin where they pulled the codes. Unfortunately they were not able to pull history codes. They said because it's an "etorque" they would not be able to look at them. So took to a Dodge dealer where they found numerous electrical related history codes.

Took too long. Didn't give updates and then my representative went to lunch and didn't answer texts. He also didn't have someone do his job while at lunch. Added a battery change to it but even just an oil change and rotation should not take as long as it does. Very inefficient

Didn't find out that the car wouldn't start until we got there. Vehicle was clearly not in salable condition, and we travelled over 200 miles to find that out. There was another vehicle there that we would have considered but we didn't learn of that one until the next day (on Carfax).

We liked everything about service. We did not appreciate animals that did not have a service dog designation in the waiting area. It is not hygenic, some of us have allergies to dogs, and some have a fear of dogs. Perhaps there should be a separate waiting area. Emotional support animals do not qualify as service animals. There was also no visible notice that animals were allowed, or could be expected in the area.

Went in for an oil change. Didn't start working on our car for 45 minutes when we were waiting in the lobby. Then tried to sell us on rear differential oil change at 30k miles and changing all of our tires when all tires are well above 3/16" and two tires are almost new. We were at the dealership for over an hour and a half for an oil change with an appointment. Other customers came and went while we were waiting.
