Just while I was in there, two separate customers came in with problems that had taken place in the shop. The manager persisted to argue with them that it wasn't going to damage their vehicle, even though it was leaking oil. Regardless of whether it was or not, shouldn't be leaking oil. Manager, then proceeded to spend most of his time in his office. My oil change took over an hour and there really didn't seem to be anything going on when I first got in there.”
