“I took my Ascent in for squeaking brakes. They have squeaked since we bought the vehicle 5 months ago, but we noticed it getting worse. I worked with Dave Nagle in the service department, He was very pleasant to work with, and thorough in explaining what they thought was wrong with the brakes. Unfortunately, only 2 days later the brakes started squeaking again. I will need to set up another appointment to get them serviced”

“This is a small shop, and I can get an appointment generally same day. I usually wait, and my service is done in under an hour. Their waiting area is small, but they do have seating, coffee and water. They are within walking distance of a coffee shop, if you preferred. They are good at explaining what they are doing. They use the dealer recommended intervals for oil services, rather than just putting a sticker on the window that says come back in three months or 3,000 miles. They even set the interval in the car to 10,000 miles, which is what is recommended by the manufacturer for a full synthetic oil. That saves me time and money, no having to guess when I need my next oil change.”

“Friendly, honest shop to do business with.”

“Always easy to make appointments, staff members are detailed when requesting types of service needed. Work is finished on time as promised along with line by line explanations for the work completed.”

“Service was completed on-time; however there was an invoicing issue that delayed leaving”
