Excellent service every time. I really like that they can pick up/drop off my vehicle for no extra fee. There is also a free shuttle service. Each service visit has an inspection video so there are no questions on what they found. Prices are also reasonable and come with a free premium car wash.

They wanted my car in there so early I had to bring it over the night before which made us two trips to Des Moines. That's 72 miles one way with 2 vehicles. They had it done by 10 o'clock the next day. So I don't know why I couldn't have had a later morning appointment and still had it done that day to save us a trip.

I was about an hour early, I wasn't sure how long it would take me to drive there. I was visiting from Florida. They took me right then, and had my 15,000 maintenance service finished in 30 minutes! They even sent me a video of the multi-point inspection, showing what they inspected and the status of all items. They were courteous, professional, and efficient in all areas. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

I got in and out with no problems. I get a little sad when I bring the car in and when it's time to check out, they call my husband's name.who isn't even there. A small change like noting who has brought the car in so you can call them by name would be an improvement.

Got my25k service done made me pay for oil change they didn't check air caben filter, floor mats where un done.. the drivers side wheel well had plastic hanging and wire with clips undone.. the worst part is next day turn it on throw in drive shuts off got it on again now passenger window from drivers seat don't work nothing auto ups or down... it's brand new only you guys work on it idk what they did but hasn't been same sense..

Nothing not to like.They tell you what it will cost when you get there and if anything comes else comes up they let you know. The Toyota battery I had is going on six years of service and they told me it did not need to be replaced. I replaced it anyway a few days later, but I appreciate the honesty.

My wiper was not working and I was told I needed separate appointment to get it fixed. I was annoyed I needing another half day off work etc to do this. My oil change service advisor glanced at the wipers and saw it was a screw loose and took care of it. What a great guy! I'm coming back for new tires because of this great experience.

Service advisor Emily was pleasant, answered questions professionally. I believe the work was done properly. But they did not turn my required maintenance notifications off, and it didn't show up until the following day! I drive 1.75 hours to get there, so driving over and having it turned off wasn't an option. That's part of the job I pay for. So now questioning everything they do.

Dealership didn't resolve the issue in 2022 as they mentioned they were not able to reproduce even after showing the video corresponding to the issue. With recent visit asked to check again since the issue never resolved and now saying in order to look at the issue asking 225$ just to look at it as the vehicle is out of warranty when the issue persisted since day 1 which was not resolved during service or oil change appointments.

One day last week, I noticed some coverings in the bottom of the Avalon that were hanging loose. I called Toyota Des Moines, and they were able to work me in that day to replace several clips that had come out. Walked in with no appointment with a broken radio knob and once again my service support member took care of this right away. 20 minutes later I'm out the door with a warranty replacement part installed. This sounds trivial, but the fact Chris Galvin stopped and took the time to handle this then and there instead of scheduling an appointment for a later day say's alot about him and your service dept overall.
