The people at Charles Gabus completely explained everything to me and gave me options. They also gave me back a clean car. Which is not what I experienced at the former dealership. Customer service was very good. Friendly, helpful, courteous employees. My truck was serviced promptly, and as requested. I even got a phone call when the service was completed letting me know they could drop the truck off at my home if I preferred. Can't beat that. Cost? Sucked!! $100 for an erl change?? Talk about inflation!

The entrance to your facility off of Meryl Hay is somewhat cumbersome. The safest way is to go way around the back and double back to get to where you want to go. So far everything done is through recalls and bonus points. When I have to pay for service out of pocket will determine if I return to this garage.
