Didn't tighten oil filter which led to a leak in my garage and driveway. Had to take it back to be checked. They sent a tech to my house to clean up the oil. The solvent he used stained the concrete. I asked the service manager to send someone out to clean it. I never heard from him again. If I didn't have a lifetime oil contract I would never use them again.

You need to keep your customers inform when you make changes. When we got to Acura for a oil change (we were told many years ago to just drive in) we were told we had to make an appointment or we could wait for 2 to 2 1/2 hrs. I needed the oil change that day or we would have come back. They got the oil change done in 2 hrs,which we appreciated. If we had known we needed an appointment we would have done so.

Acura of Johnston service crew (Kaleb) was excellent, put me in a loaner for the week while car was getting fixed. Mechanic (Stan) took preventative measures and went above and beyond so that I shouldn't run into rattling issue again by insulating the rear deck.

They did not tell me what the messages were and if they were fixed They just cleared the message. The car still pulls to the left. I don't t think the did an alignment.

The recalled issues seem to have been addressed satisfactorily. I am not sure why it took them from March 14 to May 21st to get the recall done. When I got the car back, I found 2 small hail dents on the hood.
