PURE ROBBERY..DO NOT RECOMMEND..TECHNICIAN DIDN'T EVEN GREET US OR GO OVER ANYTHING WITH US..HAD TO RELY ON THE WOMAN AT THE COUNTER FOR INFO..WENT FOR AC CHECK..PAID ALMOST $400 TO LEAVE WITH NOTHING BEING DONE..WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE $941 TO DO WORK AND SAID STILL WOULDN'T KNOW IF THAT WOULD FIX THE PROBLEM..LIKE ARE YOU FREAKIN KIDDING ME..RIP OFF..NEVER DOING BUSINESS HERE AGAIN

Scotts came to the rescue when I needed a local shop to service my smart car. They were one of a few shops that were confident to do the work so I gave them a shot and I couldnt be happier. Theirs is a small personable shop which understood my needs. I will definitely use them for all my service needs.

I cannot say enough good things about Scott's Auto Repair. They got my car in when the dealership and another shop told me it would be at least a week before they could see mine. They stayed in touch with me throughout the job, gave me an accurate estimate on the cost beforehand, and could not have been more professional and respectful...which was totally different from my visit to the dealership.

Scott's is a nice small repair shop that does great work with a personal touch. Prices are reasonable and competitive with the larger repair shops. They are very good at finding parts for my aging vehicle to keep it running strong.

$160 for an evaluation is simply wrong. I got 1/2 of the needed service done because I would have wasted money otherwise. I will find another shop for the brakes, but I will NOT be back.
