All the mechanics are very professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Their prices are also always lower than their competitors. I recently had an unexpected issue with my car and they fit me in although they had a full schedule. The Muffler Shop has been a great place of business for many years. We're glad to see it continuing today and into the future.

Thr Muffler Shop is my favorite shop in Columbia. They have always treated me fairly. Even to the point where they would tell me all of the things that need to be fixed but also tell me the things that were most important so I could save money for the time being. They have great prices but even greater customer service. Sam is a real G!

Everything they work on is above and beyond any shop I have taken my cars to. Honest people, the only bad thing I can say is I moved away and I am losing the best shop for all my multi car needs, they have worked on my two Mustangs and my wife Benz suv.

Excellent Customer Service! Called about a busted muffler and they told me to come on in that morning. They fixed/repaired my muffler, changed my rear brake pads/rotors as well as my parking brake. I was quite impressed at how quick, efficient and friendly they were. I will definitely go back and have them service my other vehicles!

Great Service! The Manager, Angelo, and the rest of the crew are very good with helping you with what's needed and offering suggestions. They aren't out to rob you like the service departments at the dealership! We've been going here for 3 years now and have taken 5 different vehicles there for different services.
