They never offered any pleasantries, like water, even though we were there with our entire family for an extended period, and they even declined to fill the vehicle with a tank of gasoline. There was no thrill in our car buying experience, and it took a few days to shake the lack of personal service, and just enjoy the car.
The vehicle itself was clean and communication prior to arriving was appreciated. We are happy with our vehicle overall, just astonished by what the car buying experience has been reduced to, especially after previously purchasing vehicles from the same dealership.”
