My service tech Hunter was not very helpful when we asked for a specific service advisor he laughed and said that took a lot to hold back. Unprofessional made us feel like we were being made fun of. Went in for an oil change on February 25th 2026. I was handed a receipt after the work was completed that stated my fluids had been topped off. Went to use windshield wiper fluid and discovered it's still bone dry. I'd like to know what you guys plan to do about this, it's not practical for me to drive over there since it wasn't done right the first time.

LHM has a fantastic staff and I mostly enjoy using them but when they quoted me minimum rates the total $194 to program a key and remote clickers I went looking. I found that Mark Miller Toyota is only charging $40 to program all three and this is what LHM needs to do, quite using people like a Privary Equity company and don't squeeze us for money. As of now I will trust MMT and my preferred service advisor.

Overall a pretty good experience but when leasing the vehicle I was told adding protection to the truck would only be an extra 27 dollars a month for the lease, then I get the paperwork and find they added 5,000 in warranty's onto the trucks total price. Not happy that they decided to be sneaky rather than just telling me exactly what they were doing.

Tried selling me a new battery, when the one I had on my vehicle was new, saying my car was dead and it wouldn't start, as soon as I got my keys back, went to the vehicle and the car started without any problems.

Three hours of waiting for an oil change and tire rotation, and on top of that, it's hard to believe they couldn't even put air in the tires. They just said they were low on air. It's ridiculous that they couldn't even do that. I'm not happy with the service.

I brought my Tundra in for Brake Squeaking noise which has been bothering me for several months after the dealership installed new brakes. The technician could not hear the brake squeaking. After I picked my Tundra up and was driving home, the brakes began squeaking again. It's disappointing to think it could have been fixed but now I need to take my Tundra back in and we take the chance of having the same thing happen again.

We spent >$3000 at this dealership to fix a specific. The dealership always had the WRONG solution. $3000 dollars later, the problem was not fixed. We had to take the car to AAMCO to get it done. Either not competent or taking advantage of a single female owner. Probably both.

We usually have a good experience with the service department. Lately, it seems to be lacking the quality we have come to expect. Waiting without being greeted or acknowledged.
