I went in and test drove the vehicle, asked some questions and we had made an appointment for follow-up in 2 days. The day after I test drove the vehicle, I was motivated to learn more about various aspects but didn't ever receive any response via email. When I called, my name and number were not jotted down for I never supplied it, perhaps they were received through caller id, but when I was told I would get a call back I did not get a call back. A few other emails were sent, and no reply was ever given. I was eager to buy, and I ended up purchasing a vehicle somewhere else.
