First time appointment was in early Feb.
After so called fixing the recall a couple of days later without driving anywhere after the repair I noticed a big pothole of oil under the car in my garage and had to be towed to be taken back to the dealership and as of today I am not sure if they have done the repair correctly for the second time and I will let you know later

I set up an appointment to have oil change and recall completed. They had the car for hours and then said they couldn't complete the service. They did the oil change but not the recall. Why book ann appointment if the work isn't scheduled to accommodate the appointment. I have never had a problem like this before. Very disappointed.

It was my last free service for the new car. They didn't run it through the car wash or vacuum. They probably changed the oil. They probably rotated the tires but otherwise didn't touch them. The tires' pressures were all wrong and they didn't reset the indicator that reminds a person to rotate the tires. I had to google how to do that and do it myself. Now that the free ones are over with I will find service much closer to home.

AS SOON AS WE WENT A MILE WE FOUND THAT THE ALIGNMENT WAS NOT PROPER SO WE TOOK THE CAR TO DISCOUNT TIRES & FOUND THAT ALL THE TYRES WERE DAMAGED & TORN OUT. WE ENDED UP SPENDING $2000 FOR ALL THE 4 TYRES ON THE VERY SAME DAY. JUST A BAD SERVICE & GUIDANCE.
