Recently set up an appointment for my 40k services and oil change. When it was time to pay. The price jumped up by 400 dollars. I was quoted one price and had to pay more. Then the most important thing. They didn't change my oil. Time to go somewhere else. Im tired of the run around and poor service. Miss everyone that used to take care of me. Looks like a new crew and they don't care about the customer.

I needed a headlight bulb changed with the regular maintenance. After the service I went back home and noticed that the bulb was not put in had to drive back and waited another 30 minutes to get the headlight bulb put in . It was a real inconvenience

I called and asked the woman on the phone to check and see if my tacoma was still under warranty or not. She asked how many miles was on it, when I told her she said oh yes your still under warranty. When I brought the tacoma in, the service guy told me it was not still under warranty and that I would have to pay. I find that to be very bad customer service

I went in for a recall fix and was able to schedule when I was available. The staff was very friendly. I was greeted by Sean right away. I was able to leave to get to work within 5 minutes. My car was done in 2.5 hours, Sean sent me an Uber link and I was able to get my keys from the front desk and was on my way in 2 minutes. Great experience always!

The service was good. At first, they didn't acknowledge me but after I tried to speak to two people, the lady at the service desk was helpful and polite. The guy that took my car key was nice as well. It's really that first contact that the customer is seen but not acknowledged that can leave a bad impression.

There are not enough horrible things I can say about this company. Very unethical, took 6 weeks for them to figure out my sunroof didn't work and that they can fix it and that they had to send it to someone else to get it fixed. Didn't notice that it needed a new transmission before we bought it and sold it to us anyways. No morals no ethics terrible people you can't call someone back to save their lives

They sell cars with chipped windshields, flat tires and sales people that hide and don't show when you have a concern. One kid they let sell cars is horribly unbathed. His hair was so greasy you could fry something with it. NO PRIDE IN WHAT THEY DO HERE.

This is the second time something was broken on my van after an oil change or a "repair". I keep going to them because of my warranty. I am now feeling it's not worth it. I wouldn't recommend servicing a vehicle here unless it's a Nissan brand. Maybe they don't damage them.

They looked at the service codes after I had already gave them a report. Sat for 4-5 hours in a hot waiting room. Temp was 74-76 F. Giving them 2 stars because they did offer to give me a ride home. After contacting me to discuss scope of work, it sounded like they didn't really do any diagnostics and recommended a full transmission change based solely on the vehicle mileage.

Came in to get my 2017 Nissan Maxima a diagnostic for an airbag light. That turned out to be an easy fix and was handled right then. The diagnostic though did show that the car's valve body for the CVT was faulty. I was able to get it warrantied out and fixed in less than a week. The service technician Tony was a pleasure to work with and made the process easy.
