Service was being updated frequently on how much longer it would still take. I appreciate that. Service adviser was friendly, dressed nicely, and seemed knowledgeable. The waiting area was nice and clean, needs a little bit of update but overall still pretty good.

Needed a new 12V battery. Was in and out within an hour. They also tested the alternator, which tested good. The also measured how much quiescent current was being drawn while the car was off to make sure there wasn't something drawing excess power, thereby causing the battery to die. It tested fine. They also gave me $75 credit because there was a little left on the previous batteries warranty.

Did not fix continuing rotten egg smell coming from vehicle. Said there is nothing they can do since the check engine light didn't come on. So I still need to drive around with noxious fumes coming from a bad catalytic converter. Note: another shop had diagnosed the cat problem a week earlier, but they couldn't do the warranty work, as only Lexus dealer is allowed to do under the warranty.

Sam in Service was very helpful when we had to bring our Lexus in for passenger side rear view mirror repair. Sam kept us informed as we waited for our car and is a very good listener as we were a bit stressed dealing with this repair to the passenger side rear view mirror just prior to our 10 hour drive home to Palm Desert CA.
