The car drives better with the wheels aligned and the bearing fixed. I just went in for an oil change, but knew it was driving poorly. They fixed those issues, and now it runs better. They were on top of keeping me posted on progress and cost adjustments.

Tried to upsell my wife with $4,900 worth of work. Said it needed brakes front and rear...it didn't. They were more than 60%. High pressure to do work that was not needed. My wife will not go there again. She feels like she has a target on her chest because she is a woman. Shame on you jokesters. (scamers) We bought 3 Honda pilots from Larry Miller Honda but we won't buy another from them.

Just the unknown of whether to replace items or not or if they could have gone another year or something. The items worked on seem to be well done so seems good to have replaced, instead of worrying for a year, but at the time unsure. Friendly, quick responses, able to complete the same day, etc. Uber rides very helpful to get to and back from work. Thanks.

I never have anything to complain about with Larry H. Miller Honda Murray! We had to get some expensive maintenance done & of course, had a nice coupon for me to use! Once in a blue moon we will take our car to Valvoline for an oil change, but other than that, we take it to Honda 95% of the time because they know what they're doing & they always take care of us!

They did fine on replacing the fuel pump which was the recalled item. But I was bothered that they recommended about $700 worth of other services that needed "immediate attention" even though I had done most of them recently in a 60,000 mi service. It felt like a bait and switch. And they didn't pay for my Uber ride home. Otherwise, I was satisfied. Maybe that's just what I should expect when taking my car to the dealer for service.

We recently bought 4 new tires, they said the warranty would be void without an alignment. We did the alignment. Not even 2 months later they said we needed an alignment. They said that the alignments were not guaranteed. Not very good service if the alignment only lasts 2 months

I prepaid for an oil change, and the tech charged me for a quart of oil and the oil filter. I questioned it and he said sometimes they charge for it and sometimes they don't. When he told me the extra price I had to pay, he told me it was for just over 1 quart; when I got the receipt, it said 1 quart and the filter. I called the service manager the next day to discuss and never received a call back.

I enjoy the Larry H Miller Honda service center (in Murray, UT). Service Centers differ greatly and the quality of the service center is as, if not more, important when buying a car than the make and model of the car. Part of my reason for switching from Nissan to Honda was the decline of the Nissan Service Center in Murray - and wanting a better one.

Fast service at a great price! The waiting area is comfortable and not crowded. They have a shuttle for customers that aren't able to wait at the shop. Overall I'm very pleased with my car repairs. My car drives so much better than before the repair.
