Went in because the engine is making a strange noise and Hyundai sent in an extended warranty to check it out in case it was doing that. They took 6 hours to "do an inspection" and didn't fix anything, but recommended $2000 in maintenance services - not fix the issue related to the new extended warranty.

This is the fifth time I have done this. So the "exceptional checkin" was just like any other dealership. So no it wasn't. And I was quoted 1 to 1 1/2 hours for an oil change and rotation. After 2 hours I texted to find out if the work was done. Then I received a 5 second video of the service. 5 seconds. Really!

One tire was checked for possible leak, but it appeared that the air pressure was not checked for all 4 tires. I realize temp and weather can make cause changes, but even a few weeks after, the tires are at different levels. Tools used in repairs were left in the car. I feel bad for the techs :-(

Terrible. I made an 8:30am appt a week in advance for a check up before a long road trip. MY CAR SAT FOR 5 HOURS before they moved it into the shop and it was done in 30 minutes. "We're sorry" "What will you do about it?" "What do you want us to do?"

I had scheduled an oil change and AC check about 10 days in advance. Dropped car off in the morning (scheduled time), and it took a day and a half to be completed! I had to call to find out if my car was done, and follow up the next day. They also questioned our lifetime oil-change benefit; we bought the car from them in 2018 and have gone there ever since. Not sure the free oil change has been worth it, but we have continued to go.

Larry was great to work with. Showed us what we asked for, also showed us a couple of other options, and walked through options and test drives. He was patient and helpful at every turn and even kind enough to hold onto the cd we left in our trade in for a couple weeks until I could get back there to pick it up. :) Will be back for our next Hyundai. I brought the car in for an oil change, and I asked them to balance the tires. If they changed the oil they didn't put a new oil change sticker in the windshield. The balancing of the tires did absolutely no good. I still have the vibration at 75 miles an hour that I had before I took it in I was told the service would take an hour to an hour and a half. I was there closer to three hours.

What I didn't learn me was the fact that I had a transmission warning light come on 3 times and I brought it in each time, before it was realized that I needed a new transmission. What I liked were the people who work there. Russ Barr was phenomenal and so was Katie. Katie was the person who got me a loaner car.

The sunroof of my vehicle was replaced under warranty and there was body damage to my vehicle in the process. I dropped my vehicle off at Murdock Jan. 7th for the repair. I received my vehicle back March 14th. In the ten weeks they had my vehicle, I called several times for an update and never received a call back. I certainly did not expect it to take ten weeks to repair my vehicle.

Terrible communication with me about the status of my car. They also didn't re-install the fender liner correctly on my car, which then got ripped off on the drive home as I was merging onto the freeway. Then had to go back 1 week later because the brand-new engine they put in had developed a fuel leak.

This was the 3rd visit to fix a backup camera. Prior visit they told us the replaced it, they did not (had the car 5 days). We made an appointment and they told us a couple of hours so we stayed close to wait. A couple of hours later they hadn't started yet. Frustrating group to work with.

Had some warranty issues that you wanted to charge us a diagnostic fee for each item...(Seriously) Why in God's name does anyone pay you (Murdock) for the extended warranty. I had an appointment for 1215 for an oil change and tire rotation. My brother came and picked me up and we went for lunch. At 1430 my brother inquired about my car and was told it wasn't done yet. At 1530 I inquired about it and it was not even in line to be done. It took 4 1/2 hours. I have a 2 1/2 to 3 hours drive home. Most of the time I am in and out in less than an hour.

I have the life time oil change and tire rotation for my car. I told staff to rotate my tires for this visit but on my way home noticed the tire pressure light still on and with further inquiry, it was confirmed that no tire rotation took place. Makes me suspicious if my tires have been rotated in the past and I worry about the life of my tires. I got my tires rotated where I bought my tires. The oil change seems to have be good.

If I could give zero stars I would. They had my car 5 days and still didn't do the repair it was there for. I had to call every day to check, nobody ever called me. My safety check report noted my turn signal was working, but that is what they were supposed to fix and didn't. I feel like they didn't even touch my car at all for the 5 days.

Just had a new tire put on, however when I got home the tire pressure of the four tires were not the same. The new tire was at 40 psi, the three others were at 31 psi. I was surprised they didn't check that or at least let me know.
