Great job. Greeted me upon arrival. I was 30 minutes early and they were ok with it. Had my car ready to go after 90 minutes. Friendly staff did not try and up sale me on alternative items that they thought I would need. Quite refreshing. All went well.

The tires weren't rotated - they were put front to back - and the tire pressure was different for each tire - from 38-45.
A filter cover came off - jamming my glove box open - then it fell off. When I showed the customer service man, he told me that I would have to make another appointment to have the cover put back on. If I stayed, it would be over an hour wait before he could get the car back to the technician.

This location has alot of positives and negatives to work through in my opinion. The polite nature of those in the service area is a positive, along with the cleanliness and lack of "pushy" upsell efforts. With this, improving customer communication while having the car serviced, and with care of their wait area to not allow dogs and out of control parents/children/familes dominate the environment are areas to consider.

The mechanical issues with my car weren't anything exceptional and the fix for it made sense. What rubbed me the wrong way was the complete lack of communication while my car was in the shop for three weeks. In the end this service center did make it right which I why I rated then three stars.

Care personnel, fantastic educated and professional The service was lower than expected. There was a change of the rear brakes and, from the change, a very strange noise of something hitting as I drive appeared. I returned for verification and then handed over the vehicle to me, saying it was repaired. However, the noise continues and I will have to return again to correct the problem.

Car was purchased was sold as is so there were conditions with the car that the dealer might have been unaware of. Car was in good shape for the most part except for a couple of unexpected conditions which will not be hard to correct. The dealer cut the price of the car to off set any problems that might be discovered. The dealer was great to work with and buying was easy and quick.

Went in because the engine is making a strange noise and Hyundai sent in an extended warranty to check it out in case it was doing that. They took 6 hours to "do an inspection" and didn't fix anything, but recommended $2000 in maintenance services - not fix the issue related to the new extended warranty.

This is the fifth time I have done this. So the "exceptional checkin" was just like any other dealership. So no it wasn't. And I was quoted 1 to 1 1/2 hours for an oil change and rotation. After 2 hours I texted to find out if the work was done. Then I received a 5 second video of the service. 5 seconds. Really!

One tire was checked for possible leak, but it appeared that the air pressure was not checked for all 4 tires. I realize temp and weather can make cause changes, but even a few weeks after, the tires are at different levels. Tools used in repairs were left in the car. I feel bad for the techs :-(

I had scheduled an oil change and AC check about 10 days in advance. Dropped car off in the morning (scheduled time), and it took a day and a half to be completed! I had to call to find out if my car was done, and follow up the next day. They also questioned our lifetime oil-change benefit; we bought the car from them in 2018 and have gone there ever since. Not sure the free oil change has been worth it, but we have continued to go.

I brought the car in for an oil change, and I asked them to balance the tires. If they changed the oil they didn't put a new oil change sticker in the windshield. The balancing of the tires did absolutely no good. I still have the vibration at 75 miles an hour that I had before I took it in I was told the service would take an hour to an hour and a half. I was there closer to three hours.

What I didn't learn me was the fact that I had a transmission warning light come on 3 times and I brought it in each time, before it was realized that I needed a new transmission.
What I liked were the people who work there. Russ Barr was phenomenal and so was Katie. Katie was the person who got me a loaner car.
