“As usual, the service department thoroughly inspected all items related to my regular maintenance and oil change. However, with an appointment, I was in the waiting room for almost 5 hours. I did expect it to take longer than my usual yearly maintenance because I had issues with the touch screen on my infotainment system, but not that long. Had they told me it would take that long to do a diagnostic, I would have gotten a ride home and back.”
