I was texted by a salesperson the following Monday & test drove the car later that day. The salesperson was nice but the car did but have working a/c as advertised and I was only able to test drive going around the block no faster than 25-30 mph. The salesperson wanted to pull my credit for application immediately and did his best to push for the sale after asking him to hold off until I test drove other vehicles at other dealerships. This was a challenge but he finally relented. As I was getting into my friends car and closing my door to leave, another person came out asking if I didn't like the car or the payments and offered a "cell phone" payment. I explained the same info I'd given the other person but this person implied I had bad credit and wanted to offer a lower in house rate after I was prequalified through a bank. I didn't like being followed to my car. I actually loved the car I test drove (the offer to fix the a/c was given) but I didn't like the price for a 2002 cash or finance offer. I chose not to buy based off comfort more so than price.
