Oil and filter change and tire rotation took almost 3 hours. After a couple hours they advised me that all these fluids were recommended to be changed and I declined. Took another hour after that to complete tire rotation and oil and oil filter change. I'm on a fixed income and can't dish out that much money in on shot.

Poor salesman and sales management. Everything was secretive. I wouldn't get direct answers without repeating questions multiple times. I told them I wasn't interested in any warranties or service contracts before getting the purchase application started. Both were still on the invoice at signing. We had to repeat that to me many, many times. They seemed more like warranty salesman than car salesman. Use a different dealership.

It took two efforts to repair a major electrical problem, but it appears that it was done properly. I had an extended warranty which made the pain less and I would have spent probably $2.5 K, but it was covered. I thought for awhile I bought a vehicle that was a "lemon", so we shall see.

Overall they do good work but they didnt complete my recall or use my prepaid oil service. This is the second time, I have tried to get this recall done. They have used the excuse that since my truck is from Canada. They need to bring over the VIN. They had done this a couple of times for other services. I don't think they want to bother with the recall.

They charged me for a prepaid service including oil change. Said I didn't schedule it as a prepaid. Today I took my Rav4 in. I scheduled it as a prepaid but they thought I wanted to buy the prepaid package. Their online scheduling is terrible. I have a doctors degree and I can't understand how to do it right.

Service advisor did a good job of addressing my concerns and expressing to me concerns the technician had when working on my vehicle. Not too pushy when it came to suggested maintenance, which I respect. I will have numerous items (transmission flush, transfer case and differential oil changes, etc.) addressed at 60,000 miles, along with my next oil change.

I took my Prius there because of the incredible road noise and because it sounded like there was a bearing going out on one of the rear wheels. They checked it out and found that the rear tires were worn poorly due to being out of balance. They charged me $60 but did not re-balance the wheels. There was nothing wrong with the bearings.

Scheduled an appointment to check the fluids and rotate the tires on my 2022 4 Runner I waited nearly 2 an a half hours.
I finally texted the service guy I had been assigned to and he said it had to be almost done .
2 1/2 hours is just too long, especially when you schedule an appointment.
