We were very pressured to make a purchase. It was very bad. Making us feel we could not leave without making a purchase. We seen another person that they were doing this to but they walked out. We should have left but didn't. We did not have a good experience. This our 3rd purchase from toyota and this is the only time we were pressured. First purchase at this location. I would not recommend.

Zero stars is not an option!! Centennial Toyota is being dishonest to their customers by over-quoting their service prices which are based on an hourly rate. Even when the service is performed quicker than expected, you still have to pay the original hourly quote.

I had a very great experience with the service shop at this centennial Toyota, my experience with finance led me to have to have the car alarm that they so sneakingly added into my amount! Removed by the same dealership who installed it, and they so kindly removed it for free. I would recommend a service center 100%.

Staff is great and turnaround time was excellent for 10K service. Terrible thing about their new building is that they don't have a water reclamation system so they don't provide a wash. That said, they don't offer a vacuum, window washing, dash cleaning, tire shine, nothing... Shame.

They damaged my car while it was there (someone set a hot device on the rubber molding around my door frame and melted two separate holes in the rubber and never informed me and acted like I would never notice) and have never followed up with me to finish fixing the issue i took it in for after they said they would call me when the part came in.

Service department was great. I'm just bent finding out I was completely lied to by the service package purchased when I bought the truck. How can a service package only cover looking over, topping off fluids and tire rotation. No Oil Change at the manual recommended 5,000 miles internals in the pre-paid service program. And don't reply that it was covered, that was BS experience.

They called me to pick up vehicle but explained that they were not able to replace parts because they didn't have the parts. Someone did something wrong. I am still waiting for the callback to get parts replaced

Centennial's service department is great; the service is fast (while I wait); the waiting area is kept clean and stocked with coffee and water - if you get there early enough, you might get a donut!
