Everyone was very kind. I didn't like that it took longer than expected, and really didn't like that you are passing on the fee to us if we use a credit card! I know of no restaurants or other stores that do that. It's really cheap and you guys make enough money on the sale of your cars that I find that really petty.r

I went in for a standard oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment and arrived on time. Unfortunately, they must have overbooked themselves, or had a shortage of employees, as it took nearly 2 1/2 hours to complete the job. They did a fine job, yet I've never had them take that much time to do a simple thing.

All the people who helped were nice! They did not help fix my car issue. They said it was a battery but the battery is less than 3 months old. They couldn't diagnose anything past the battery. I took my car to another shop and my battery tested at 100%.

Fast service, nice waiting area, clean and courteous staff and facility, excellent work and on time delivery of completed service. They also cleaned the interior of my car (it was raining so they did not do the exterior wash) and it was all done in the time period they estimated. There was also a video of all the things they checked and it was as usual a great experience. There was nothing I did not like.
