“The overall quality of the service was good, as it has always been over the last ten years. However, I was a bit disappointed by the following four issues. 1) I was charged for belt that was not needed. The one that was on the vehicle when we dropped it off was less than a month old, which I communicated when asked if there had been a recent belt failure... 2) The rear view mirror was dangling by its power cord when my wife collected the car from the street where it was parked. 3) My wife and I arrived nineteen minutes before closing to collect her car, but it had already been parked inside the secured lot. This was a major inconvenience that was avoidable, given that I communicated my intention to collect the car that day or early the following morning; after having been told the time of closing is four o'clock. 4) I requested that specific language be included on the invoice that highlighted the failure, and the cause because it was needed to manage another, related issue. However, it was not included. While these were disappointing experiences, we still have faith that Tracy's is one of the best Foreign Auto Repair Shops in Memphis, TN. We have referred countless numbers of people to them over the years, and plan to continue...”
