My Mini broke down half way between Wichita and Atlanta, going through Olive Branch, MS, on the evening of Saturday, July 3rd. So, 1st thing Monday morning I called every European shop within 25 miles... they basically stopped me with, "tow it in but can't touch it for a week" or, "that'll cost you 21-23 hundred, plus tow..." I almost left it on the side of the road but AI kept on telling me, "don't give up on it, but also, don't contribute to their boat fund- they are trying to rip you off because you're stranded." So I called one more shop... Teri, the Service Manager at BB's was not only happy to email me an estimate for about 40% of what the others had quoted me (honest truth), but she also explained the work to be done in detail, and she never tried to pull punches or bait-and-switches. She also saved the broken parts for me to see... This could be a whole lot more detailed but let me just say thank you, BB's EuroMotors in Olive Branch- and Teri for your honesty and grace. I am so impressed that I want my great grandchildren to be doing business with your great grandchildren... Happy Birthday and Congratulations America.
