Won't go back they tossed my k and n air filter that was in place with a sticker that said not to. My wife took the car there and didn't know that it was washable and agreed to the new one. I had to go back to retrieve the filter that they tossed. The ripped her off period. Never going back

They were fast, friendly, and remembered me from my previous visit. They honored all my request, and my wiper blades were free because of their current special. They also always honor their coupons unlike some other locations. :'? Great Service at this location. :'>

Had a 25% off coupon, said it was "good for the life I owned the vehicle". They would not honor it anymore. It worked last oil change. I kept the coupon so I could reuse it. Bummer.

I went in for an oil change but I wasn't due yet. Thayer could have done it anyway and taken my money but didn't. Instead they topped off the oil and checked my tire pressure. I appreciated the honesty and friendly service.

Not all items on the checklist were completed. Washer fluid refill, windshield cleaning, check cabin filter. Because these were not done, I'm not confident that other items listed on the checklist were also not completed, brake fluid and power steering fluid, radiator overflow.

I didnt like it because they wouldnt take my coupon. She said you were no longer taking coupons. I asked for the cheapest oil change and the price she gave me was the highest price I ever was quoted for an oil change at one of those quick change places. I asked was that the cheapest price and she said yes. Then I asked for them to double check my coolant and the guy who was working on the top said it would be extra. I have never paid extra for my fluids to be topped off. Finally when I got my bill it was cheaper than what she had originally quoted me but still very high. After I went off about paying to top off my coolant he no longer mentioned it. You all need to talk to those folks because they are acting like they are running a scam for money at that place.
