The attendant convinced me to have my cabin filter replaced. When I turned on the air conditioner, it now has a vibration humming sound.. I've had this vehicle for four years. It's never made any noises of this kind. So I took it back and he said that was because it wasn't working before which I find completely ridiculous ! Now I have to go to the Jeep dealership and find out what he did and get it fixed ! I am not happy !!!

The wait time was extremely long to be serviced. Mechanics told me that they were under staff by 4 people. I expect to spend almost 2 hours of my day there, when it only supposed to be 15 minutes. Do better Take 5 on Summer Av. In Memphis, Tennessee because no one wants to wait 2 hours for quick services.

The manager made sure I got my oil change based on my place in the line because another customer tried to skip me. I appreciated that he was attentive and took care of the situation in a timely manner. The only caution that I have is that you might want to call ahead to see how many customers are already in line because it took me two hours to get the oil change completed because of the number of people already waiting.

I have been using this same unit for every oil change since my engine was replaced due to Firestone down the streets negligence in their service. I have always been well treated. They do really try to sell extra services and parts though. I understand as I was in fast food for 20+ years and know all about the upsell.
