Highly disappointed in the service I received. Came in for tire repair. In my opinion, was overcharged to get the tire plugged only to have to add air to my tires the next day or so. I had to go to another shop to get my tire fixed in the same place.

Meineke has been taking care of my car since last year when I stopped by one evening to have my tire plugged. I've had to pay into my car to replace old worn out parts to new ones and I rather do that instead of buying car with a note. I've taken great care of this car and Meineke staff helps me keep it going. Thank you Meineke!

Didn't solve the problem. Paper work info didn't match my car. After it was corrected the price was stated to be lower, after payment was made. Don't know if I paid for work that wasn't done.

I brought it in for a squeaky belt/ pulley, ended up dropping 4k on repairs all over the truck and they got them all done that day, even working past close to get it done and dropping me off and picking me up at home. The only issue is when I picked up the truck, there was still a noticeable squeaking coming from the front end after they changed the idler pulley, tensioner, and belt.

Front desk was nice but did not communicate well with techs I guess? Told me itd be done in about an hour. Took until I called 4 hours later for him to say something came up and recommend i come back tomorrow. When I asked if I could still get it today. He said " well we close at 6... so you could come in tomorrow". After finally telling him I wanted it TODAY, can it be done yes or no. He said yes. Then I get there and find out they did more than I asked. Didn't need the alignment but ok?..
