I am writing to provide feedback on the recent service for my vehicle. While there was a slight language barrier that impacted communication, the overall service was professional, and the mechanic demonstrated excellent expertise. The repair took approximately one month to complete, and I appreciate that the service is warranted. I'm currently breaking in the vehicle, and so far, the motor seems to be performing well. However, I did notice some issues with the interior of my vehicle upon pickup. There were handprints and dirt throughout the interior, including on the roof. Additionally, the roof shade on my panoramic sunroof was pushed up and is now torn on one side, with a string hanging. This tear worsens when the shade is opened. Despite these interior issues, if the motor repair was done correctly, it was ultimately worth it. I wanted to bring these points to your attention.
