“They were very friendly. The offer for our trade was shockingly low (to us) so we left the dealership to think about it. Called them back ready to make the purchase. The sales person we were working with was elusive and didn't get back to us until the end of the day which was on a Saturday. So we told him we would come on Monday to get the car.
