“I didn't have an appointment to get an oil change but they got me in any way. A lot of the sales staff interacted with me while I was waiting everyone see courteous and friendly and the service department did a good job informing me of everything they had done”
“The staff was friendly and professional, and I appreciate the mechanic's time and effort in trying to address the issue with my vehicle. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with how the situation was handled overall.
I paid the dealership to fix a specific problem, so I expected the issue to be resolved as part of the service I paid for. Instead, I was referred to an outside mechanic to have the work completed. I understand that unexpected challenges can come up, and I have no complaints about the staff or the mechanic personally. However, I was disappointed that the dealership's solution was to send me elsewhere to finish a job I had already paid them to do.
I would have appreciated better follow-through and a resolution directly from the dealership. The positive interactions with the staff are what keep this from being a lower rating, but the overall experience fell short of my expectations.”

The truck was listed online for around $56K which I feel like was a lil high but when I got there and they worked up deal it was going to be $79k & some change out the door. Crazy!! They finally got down to $72K and for that vehicle was still pretty high!! If they were willing to give me a good deal I would have bought the truck!”
