The staff was professional, informative and courteous. We were in/out within 30 minutes in the middle of the day! We came from out of town and were able to make a last minute oil change appointment. This service department is one who keeps its appointments and finishes the work in a timely manner. They have a nice clean waiting room or they offer Uber service to wherever you need to go. Car was in shop for almost a week for AC problems, and dealer didnt know how to fix the issue and Kia wasnt responding to the technicians question about the problem. Very disappointed in the service, but its our fault for taking our vehicle there. This was not the first time we have had issues at this dealership.

Kyle Havens is very pleasant and is very respectful and easy to work with I have grown to trust him with my car. I come 90 miles to get my car serviced there and the Uber rides are very much appreciated because it saves me a lot of time and I can get all of my errands done while I'm in Lubbock I had a new battery installed and it's unfortunate that the connection to the alternator wasn't tightened down like it should've been. That did cause us another hour or so delay in getting home. I do understand and I know those things happen. It's OK.
