Service manager has no customer service, does not have the ability to schedule properly or coordinate work, they will not allow appointments to be set due to no scheduling or coordination, they have no respect for customers time

Oil change good. Took the jeep in for the rear door latch repair. Was called 3 days later that it was repaired. Paid the bill and then checked out the latch (should have checked the latch first) and it did not work. From out of state so have to wait another month until I go back to resume the work on it. Already $400 paid and told it will take another over $450 to get another part. All for a door latch on a jeep.

After keeping the vehicle for 7 weeks. They did provide a loaner. Replaced battery cables-that was not the problem. Replaced alternator-not the problem. Finally replaced some board. Didnt get copy of the invoice to give me the part name. Mileage wrong. Should be around 112 ,300.
The was not an engine check.
