This is the best ford service/dealership I've gone to for service. Service was even completed before anticipated. While I realize this isn't always possible I appreciate the times that it is. The service advisors are always professional and they were even kind enough to allow me to have a rental. I sincerely appreciate it. Thank you all. Great team.

Took the car in for a oil change, on the way it overheated so I asked them to look into it. They told me they had no idea why it would overheat, I knew 3 reasons off the top of my head. They came back to me after the service informing me that both front side marker bulbs had gone out. They quoted $30 for the cost of a light bulb and $65 labor per side, $190 total. The bulbs are 2 for $7 at Autozone.

3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation? When I had an appointment??? And after giving me the run down of what was all wrong with my car, I told him that I think I have platinum care and he said well that changes everything and said that it would take a while for him to get ahold of the company, etc. It was just not a good experience. I am a Sewell customer and my level of customer service expectations are pretty high.

Just a good dealership. They don't over charge or over sale. Ask for John Green . My advisor wasn't able to check me. The service director helped. That spoke volumes about the importance of customer service. Very nice. I would recommend you contact them directly for further assistance.

Arrived service bay seven forty-five, James Simuel was running late. Nick took my information and ask if I was leaving the vehicle there. I informed Nick that I would wait and walked too the waiting area. Two and half hours later I ask Nick about my vehicle. James came back too inform me that he was under the impression that I went home, and because of that my truck was pushed back to be done later. Twelve thirty, my truck was returned.

in the waiting room the mexican music from the work shop was so loud you could hardly stand it . another customer said this has went from North Dallas parks city automotive to a jiffy lube . I purchased my truck there new in 2013 and have service there and I will not be returning .looks like they do not have a manager in the service area , or they could have stopped that . oh well . and the car wash is 24.00 good luck

Wow! Tough customer! We were having an employee luncheon that day and the music may have been a bit loud for the Service customer lounge. Our Service Director's office and our 2 Service Managers are immediately adjacent to the Service Bays. We do offer a 2nd customer lounge in our Showroom that is typically very quiet. We continue to offer award-winning service and the people/owners are the same in spite of our slight name change. Park Cities Ford / Planet Ford Dallas. Our car washes are free so if you were charged, we need to re-imburse you or clarify as to what service was actually charged. We remain at your service and hope you will give us another try.

I made an appointment they got me in on time. I waited for the service to be done. My advisor Ben came and checked on me a couple times to let me know the status. Everything went smoothly. I've been bringing my car to be serviced here since I've had it. My advisor Ben is the best.
