“I guess I'll start with what I didn't like first. I have a busy schedule and was only available for a weekend appointment with Saturdays being a compromise. My appointment was rescheduled three times due to no technicians being available in my area over the weekend. Good thing I work from home and was able to step away from my computer to get my car repaired. What saved me there was the fact that even though it was a small repair, the technician was quick! The customer service agents were nice as well. The diagnostics guy was very cool and thorough in his explanation of the issues found and the next steps to expect. Nothing in life is perfect. I only take away one star for the inconvenience of the scheduling. Other than that, my experience was great.”
